Bring back some of the old classes like Aerostep

I love the gym and, while I enjoy every class I take and think the instructors and gym facilities are top notch, I continue to be frustrated that the new jacuzzi has yet to be installed. I was told it would be up and running by summer and it has still yet to appear. Given that the fees for 1escape are possibly the most expensive in Dublin, this is very disappointing.

1escape has the most up to date equipment along with a superb team of trainers, front desk and support staff who have always made me feel so welcome. There’s no other gym like it anywhere.

Will the jacuzzi be fixed?

I think showers could be much improved, but overall its a nice club.

More classes, bring fix/reinstall the jacuzzi, update the showers in the changing rooms so that temperature can be altered. They often run too cold or scalding hot.

Great classes with the trainers, Dave, Kim and the new trainers. It’s also good to have Barbara back.

It would be great to have the yacuzzy working again.

Great place with nice environment!

Great gym installations at One Escape and always spotless clean. But One Escape is more than just it's installations. In my opinion the classes and instructions are the major asset of One Escape. Great fun.

I’m not sure if is possible, but can be placed a clock in front of the glass door wet sauna? The same way there is one in front of the dry one?
Staff were really friend, except when i lost my card for the first time since i joined and the receptionist was really sarcastic and she demanding me to pay a fee for a mew one, that wasn’t nice.

I am now a member of this gym for the past 10 years and I think it has always kept up very high standards regarding both cleanliness and equipment, also staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up from me!!

More yoga, Zumba and body combat classes if possible. Maybe a couple of different zumba teachers for a choice of dance styles. Maybe complementary towels and / or locker locks which are returned at the end of a session.

Excellent facilities and extremely friendly staff! Great gym and classes! Only point that can be improved is Ayoub not speaking / breathing too close to the mic on spinning classes or reducing the music volume.

I would highly recommend the gym to friends for a number of reasons. It is a very welcoming environment, the staff on reception are always super friendly and helpful. The gym instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating which makes for a very rewarding experience. The cleaning crew also do a fantastic job as the place is always spotless.

I only use the pool . all is good.

Drag me out of bed in the morning to get my a$$ in before work!
