More classes! They’re brilliant and have helped me get fit and incorporate exercise into every day. Keep doing what you’re doing

The hairdryers in the women’s bathrooms have been acting up recently and I would prefer more class options in the morning at 8am if possible! Overall great though!

It would be great to have hooks inside the showers on the doors and maybe some shelving / cabinets at the pool area to place individual personal items like water bottle, keys etc

If there is a change of class coach I would recommend to change it on the app as personally the coaches make the class fun or not and if there's a different one as descripted its a bit of a let down once arrived as you've already hyped yourself up for their class and their music choice.

Is there a way to self book gym induction? I kept postponing it and reception is mostly busy when I pass by

More transparency about referral program. Seems there isnt one but it is mentioned

Points system seems to have update but would love more info. Hard to navigate the things to redeem

Have better music , make sure all machines are working

Having the cardio classes split over the 5 days of the week would be great, e.g. having functional training and spinning separately. At the moment, most of the best classes are back to back and there’s nothing on Wednesday or Thursday.
It might also help to have more morning spin classes so they don’t get full up on Tuesday & Friday.

I love the Gym but I do have one question.

When will the Jacuzzi be fixed considering the membership fee has increased?

I think it’s great, a couple of points:
- there seems to be lots of issues with the water heat - too hot or too cold; would be better if we could set our own temperatures of the showers (have knobs)
- Friday and Tuesday mornings have great options for classes - would prefer high energy and intense classes in the morning as well as the evening
- is there an option to have classes on Sunday or Saturday evenings?

100% would recommend, love the aqua classes here and the trainer's are excellent.

One scape is the best gym that I have been in Dublin

The staff is super friendly and available.
The gym floor is big with good machines. And the swimming pool is great and clean.

Don’t kick people out of the boxing area when there is a video class on. I was told to leave as my shadow boxing in front of the mirror would distract the people taking the class. Seemed silly to me.

1 escape is a welcoming & supportive gym whatever your level of fitness. The instructors encourage you to give your best & are always there to cheer you on/ push you harder. After disclosing a knee injury, Barbara immediately offered to tailor a weights programme for me to strengthen - you couldn’t ask for more!

Been a member for many years . Always the latest equipment off hand friendly staff and spacious so enjoy a workout each and every time :)

I attended Dave' Spin Class on Friday 1st July - great way to kick off the new month. The class was buzzing as DAve played some 90's and big iconic hits of major atrists over the years and we hit the cardio zones in great style. He is the best. Jack
