It is a great gym, might be tough on budget but if you intend to visit it often it is a good value for the money!

Friendly staff and good equipments. The classes are amazing special the ones with Barbara and Mac. I think the gym needs to improve the showers which are always variating the temperature and maybe get new hairdryers or fix the ones now as they are currently stopping due to overheating. Overall it’s a great gym

1Escape is a clean, well run gym with really friendly staff and something for everyone to enjoy in a clean, safe and friendly environment.

It would be great to have the yacuzzy back and some aerobics classes.

Great service ! Love the gym , more early morning classes would be great, also The showers can be very hot or very cold in womens changing room

Delighted with my experience with OneEscape so far. I am always promoting it to my friends. However, I think offering a guest pass or two per month to members (as part of their membership) would be a great initiative and would help greatly in promoting the club. It was a good idea for the bank holiday weekend, unfortunately, I was away for the weekend and wasn’t able to avail of it.

Great gym, good choice of classes, fun instructores, no extra support needed.

As usual, all great! If there's a possibility of a Calisthenics class at some point, would be icing on cake!

Great range of facilities and good options of fitness classes to choose from.

I find the new app slightly difficult to use / navigate. Perhaps some email with a video outlining the key features and how to get the most out of it would be good.

I would suggest getting more barebell plates for the floor upstairs, particularly 5kg and 10kg as they tend to run quite low on busy nights. I would also love to see a back hyperextension bench on the top floor as well

I recommend it all the time, such a great gym but the cost prohibits a lot of people from joining.

Happy to hear the jacuzzi is coming back, that was one of the big reasons I joined.
