Amazing staff

The classes, the quality of the equipment, the staff are all very helpful and nice to deal with. The trainers are also very professional and have helped me to begin getting into the shape that I want to be in. The fact that you are now open till 8pm on weekends is great for me. Also the fact that you are open from 6am is perfect as I can get a good and full workout in before work at 9am. It's great to know that there's a pool and leisure facilities there when I want to use them. The showers are always clean and hot, the soap is always there, the hair dryers are very good, the lockers are big. I can't fault you guys - the only thing I would like is to pay a little bit less ;) or to be entered into a raffle each month with prizes such as protein, a free session, a month free etc. and the each time I use the gym I get one 'ticket' for the raffle, so the more I go the more I increase the chances of winning a prize. E.g. I go 5 times a week that's 20 tickets a month - where as other people might only have 8 tickets for that month. The tickets wouldn't be a physical ticket it would all be electronic. (Max three tickets per day if you're looking to stop cheaters scanning their barcodes). Tell the team they're doing a great job and I love coming to the gym every morning it's honestly the best way to start the day.

Friendly interested staff at front desk who are very welcoming and interested in individuals. After a long absence, I was encouraged to have a 1 to 1 session with Karolina and I have followed up by booking some sessions.I booked these after my free session as I was impressed by her close attention and analysis of my needs. I feel very safe and minded whilst being encouraged by her.Very pleased
