The opening hours are satisfactory, equipment is in perfect condition, the instructors are all very good, good variety of classes. The only thing that I would like to see improved is the Yoga classes as the loud dance music from other classes is completely disruptive to the class.

Club is fabulous! It just has everything you can think of. Classes are all free and so many to choose from! Staff are just top notch 👌🏼

The trainers in 1escape are fantastic. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and full of vitality. I love the variety and frequency of the classes and the facility is so well kitted out and always spotlessly clean.

I particularly like a huge choice of classes, also available in an ‘after-work’ time, which is not so easy to find. There is also a big diversity of types of classes, so you can choose which work best for yourself.

I like the classes. The instructors are all very motivating and work really hard to get you going. Carolina was the first instructor I met and she is so energetic and enthusiastic, it really helps you in the class to give it everything you've got. Overall the quality of the instructors is fantastic, best I've ever seen in a gym. The facilities are also fantastic. I'm happy with the overall experience of attending.

everything is perfect

Atmosphere in the gym, non pretentious, calm, get to it without the pressure. Music usually isn’t too over powering. Friendly, helpful & approachable staff. Clean changing rooms and pool facilities. Good mix of classes included. Improving app for ease of booking with some points / gamification to help with motivation too.
