Great selection of classes even though my long working hours isn't too suitable for most of these right now. Helpful staff and new gym equipment and cardio machines as well as shower upgrades have improved my last score from a 7 to a 9!

Gym has state of the art equipment and most importantly very friendly and accommodating staff.
There is a great atmosphere in the place and plenty of variety with different classes in the morning and evening.

Great facilities, clean and all the trainers and staff are super friendly and helpful. Have been updating my programme with Damien and it’s been going great - he really customised what works best for me and shows a keen interest in results!
It would be nice if the steam room had a scent (like eucalyptus) but all in all very pleased with 1escape.

The changing rooms are too cold. Could you please turn on the heating?

I like the facilities, the PT sessions and classes with Dave. His classes are very good, he is always there for the members and he always looks after them.

It’s a wonderful gym! I’d recommend it to anyone, the classes are very enjoyable and there is a great range to choose from and all of the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful!
