Staff are friendly, wide selection of classes, gym isn't overly busy although has become a lot busier in February so is in danger of becoming like every other gym in Dublin which I hope won't happen.

Love the variety and the timing of classes. Staff all so friendly. Facilities are top notch.

Always looking for improvement, new machines. There's two things only that I don't like, one is that there's always few machines with the cable broken and takes a week or so to fix it, as well as some machines has the cables loose changing the weight that you are lifting. The second thing is that I keep wondering why is it hard to just say hi or good afternoon when we are heading to the club and meeting the girls on reception, it doesn't hurt you know.

Good structure

The gym is clean, has a great variety of equipment and all of the staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and happy to help. There is a feeling of community, without being overbearing. There's a good variety of classes available. The pool area is just fantastic and is one of the main draws of the gym for me.

I love mostly all the classes! I think it would be even better if it would be possible to include an entire class dedicated only to the glutes workout!

1escape has a huge and varied range of classes and has excellent facilities. The staff are of excellent calabour.

I love going to one escape every evening after work to unwind! Everyone is friendly and helpful! Makes me feel comfort to work out. Favourite part is relaxing in the jacuzzi after a good workout! Their point system is also very fair and helps costumers work towards a goal to! Brilliant gym!!!!!
