Great gym, equipment and changing areas. It's always clean. The staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. It is expensive though.

great range of classes, really nice trainers - the only thing I would change is the heavy strobe lighting during morning classes. I can handle dance music first thing but not both - it can be a bit nauseating!

1escape is the best gym ever. Always clean and tidy, very well equipped, amazing staff. The classes provided for members of the gym are great. I would definitely recommend it.

I love the pool area and changing rooms/ showers, very high quality. The space is nice and big too which is great. Massive range of equipment and classes.
