Probably the best gym I've been a member of. The staff/trainers are friendly and welcoming and create a pleasant atmosphere, it feels like a community. I have attended Brooklyn Boxfit for months and the trainers are excellent, great warm up, class and stretch, always feel great afterwards!

The staffs are all very friendly, the environment is clean and not too crowded even during rush hour. Rarely need to wait for equipment to be available for use.

Location, flexibility and facilities

Excellent service

There is an excellent range of classes, with enthusiastic trainers who make them accessible. The various workout areas are clean and not too crowded, which is a problem in other gyms I have been to.

Love hydrorider class

I really enjoy the array of classes available- the instructors really push you to your limit, esp in HIT Spin!!

Good customer service

Big and spacious. Not jammed into one small room. Designated spaces for different types of exercise. Plenty of machines. Don't have to wait long. Friendly staff. Excellent showers and changing rooms.

Gym is clean and bright. Staff very friendly. New showers are great even if water could be hotter
