I love the classes! The instructors are well trained and make the workout very enjoyable. There is a huge selection for every level of fitness! The gym and pool are very clean compare with other places in Dublin I've been attending! I'm a new member but I love to my new "one escape" :)

I like the range of classes available. I also love the swimming pool facilities and the fact that the gym is spread over a few floors, meaning there is space.

He classes are great for me as I like the competition with others and the trainer are skilful. I don’t push myself hard enough when doing solo training so with a trainer I push to the limit. The pool and jacuzzi are also wonderful. Love the whole place!
