The gym is spacious
Perfectly clean
There's hair styling equipment in the ladies meaning you don't have to carry in your own
You can rent towels if you need to meaning you don't need to carry one either

I like the professional and welcoming staff. The space is big and never crowded, even after 6 PM (rush hour).

Excellent variety of classes and time slots for both morning and evening classes are great.
Instructors are very knowledge and always looking to push you to your limit .

Really enjoy all the classes, the positive attitude and encouragement of the trainers and love the pool.

I like that as a member you get walked through a plan and shown how to use some of the machines. And I love the steam room.

The variety of classes and the instructors who really try to get to know members. A friendly hello from staff entering and leaving the gym puts this gym above the rest! This has become more than a gym, it’s a shared purpose and a social life :-)

Love everything about this gym. friendly staff a particular strong point. It's never too full. The pool area is lovely. Classes are good. It is quite pricey which is a reason why not many of the people I recommended it to have joined.

One Escape Health Club offers everything I'm looking for, I.e. A good size swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, which I use regularly. It's location is very convenient for me, I can walk to it. I also like the classes on offer, yoga and water based exercises.
The instructors are very friendly and well trained. There is a good choice of different classes.
The premises are always clean. I never had any problems with anything.
