Friendly staff, great classes, the gym is always clean and never crowded.

One Escape Health Club offers everything I'm looking for, I.e. A good size swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, which I use regularly. It's location is very convenient for me, I can walk to it. I also like the classes on offer, yoga and water based exercises.
The instructors are very friendly and well trained. There is a good choice of different classes.
The premises are always clean. I never had any problems with anything.

Great staff and classes

Everything good at my point of view.

So far, I only joined two weeks ago, I really like the pool, steam room and Jacuzzi. Also have tried some classes, so far spin and body pump have been the best.

Very friendly staff. Good sized gym with modern equipment that is not too crowded like other gyms I was a member of in the past. Great facilities in the Smithfield unit in particular, including the pool, sauna, steamroom and Jacuzzi.

Excellent facilities

The range of classes are excellent and all the instructors are brilliant. I love the swimming pool and sauna (although the sauna wasn't working on Sunday evening for some reason). Changing rooms are very comfortable and having the hairdryers there are very useful.

They gym is extremely clean, the staff are lovely and overall the gym has a nice atmosphere.

The classes are very good, the instructors helpful, and the mood of the gym is always friendly.

Been a member of One Escape for a couple of years, and it has been kept upgrading itself from the day I joined and all the classes got there keeps you interested in going to the gym. It's got everything you need equipment wise and classes are always booming! Great gym for beginners to seasoned athletes. Staff and trainers over there are the top-notch

I'm very happy that I can attend two body pump classes on weekdays despite wrking 9-6 and am very happy with the body combat, zumba, yoga and spinning classes. The water in the showers is a bit chilly sometimes so it would be nice if that was improved. The pool facilities otherwise are fab and the instructors are all super.

Professional and knowledgeable trainers, good schedule, great facilities and fantastic motivation (the app, challenges, pointso you can earn and exchange for rewards). You're doing absolutely outstanding job.

Class availability and quality of instructors.

So far that`s the best gym I have ever been. There are many options of classes, new equipment and all the areas are very clean. The staff are friendly and always available to help.
The gym app is very useful and helps to motivate you to go to the gym and keep record of your workouts. The negative point is, no matter the reason you decide to leave the gym you have to give 3 MONTHS notice. You can freeze your membership for few months and pay €1 per month. But you still have to pay 3 months if you decide to end your contract for good - In my opinion that`s to restrict. But if you have no reason to leave that`s a perfect gym to workout and relax :)
