Friendliness of staff, great facilities, clean showers

Very pleased with the facilities at Dartry - a very noticeable improvement in everything since ICONIC took over. The Club's best asset, though, is the staff who are, at all times, very friendly, courteous and, above all, patient. The new Back Baller in the stretching area is a great addition although, at times, it's hard to get hold of it. I realise that they're expensive at €60.00 each but you might think about providing at least one more of them.

Personable, convenient and good facilities.

1 The gym isn't too busy or crowded, rarely have to wait for equipment.
2 Equipment is in good working order, new rowing machines.
3 Gym is clean, tidy and well organised.
4 The staff and gym do what they say they are going to do and everthing works the way it should work.
5 The pool and sauna are a nice treat after the gym floor.
6 The option and availability of classes are an excellent resource.
7 The membership fee is good value compared to UCD and the flyfit alternative may be cheaper but has no pool/sauna and is overcrowded.

I love the pool, it's very relaxing, never too busy and a lovely environment.

I enjoy the range of classes and the opening hours are quite good. The location is very convenient. The equipment needs to be updated or at least re-upholstered where it is torn and cracked as it not very hygienic.
