Friendly staff, good facilities, clean

Your product fits my needs for a pool to to aerobic exercises fairly early in the morning whenever I choose and your staff is always particularly friendly.
Normally the facilities are spotless. Yesterday for the first time the pool was slightly murky and the surroundings not as perfect as usual. But this is no complaint, I am sure it is related to holiday staffing problems.

Great variety of classes and times to do them. So far all of the class instructors have been excellent.

I enjoy the range of equipment and machines available and I never have to wait for any equipment. Everything is always kept very clean. The Pool and Sauna are always very good aswell.

Very friendly staff, always easy to approach and ask for advice, be it nutrition or exercise related. Open until 11 is a major plus for me as I work in the office late many a time, no excuse to miss a work out. Equipment is very well maintained and modern which is great.

I like the professionalism of the staff. Nothing is too much bother. The changing rooms are always spotless. Staff very approachable and willing to listen.

Class timetables are very well timed from one to another so always able to go to the jym and fit at least two classes in.

The staff are the Clubs best asset.
There could be better measures put in place with regard to the behaviour of members. Signs should be put up in places reminding members to show consideration for others in terms of noise in the weights area and creating unsafe pools of water throughout the mens' changing room. The use of mobile phones in the gym has got out of control with people occupying pieces of equipment for long periods because they're texting or looking at social media. I`ve been a member of the facility at Dartry for a long time and have seen this problem steadily getting worse. I really think that mobile phones should be banned from the weights and resistance machine areas.
