Good instructors and classes, nice pool and changing rooms, friendly staff, decent prices.

They say in every business that it's the people that make it. The staff are really friendly so there's a great atmosphere when you come into the gym. The trainers are brilliant. Joe, Ian & Dylan all have different styles and approaches but I know the time will fly and we'll all leave exhausted.

Very friendly gym instructors plenty of classes at suitable times. Its a friendly club and people mix well in the classes. Very clean gym. Staff listen to suggestions. Facilities always being improved.

I love that the pool is warm and there are kids toys available to encourage them to play and build up water skills. The range of classes and times available suit my personal and family needs as well.

Very happy with the gym overall, the new car park is great, the changing rooms are nice and kept clean, I like the weights room and the newish 2.5kg plates, foam rollers are great, would like to have the kerb at the front smoother as the car always grates on it on the way out, morning yoga classes would be brilliant 7am or before, also steam room would be nice. There’s always a friendly exchange on the way in or out, keep up the good work. Great gym!

Everything in the gym is very clean and well organized. It is great to be there. The staff is very helpful.

Extensive opening hours, friendly staff, clean gym, wide ranging offering of both classes and gym equipment.

I love the fitness class instructors, especially Ian’s (think I’ve got the name right?) BodyPump! Gives excellent cues; I feel engaged and confident during class.

Also: the gym has the best showers in the city. Dat water pressure.

Small but effective, can’t get lost in the system as can happen in larger gyms.
