Very friendly and nice staff.Clean facilities and great to see that you are constantly upgrading and introducing new ideas. One criticism - no follow up for those who are not regular attenders. You are quite happy to take the money from the bank but you don't encourage me to attend

Classes are great, the pool is clean, and a nice touch the indoor plants.

Really like the classes. Had Petra for a yoga class when she was filling in for another. Was best yoga class I've done in years. Could she do yoga going forward?

Very good clean gym. Facilities are excellent and all equipment is new, safe and easy to use.

Ian Tighe is a legend. Never let him go! Please, please get him a mic that works in the Spin studio. His class is intense enough without him literally screaming at us.
