The "Countdown with Carly" is a high-energy Yoga Sculpt class. Carly has well-planned sequences and her playlist is on point!

Francine is the teacher I’ve had during the community flow at Ponce City Market, and she’s incredible. She’s patient, personable, and thoughtful. I brought my mother to hot yoga for the first time, and Francine was so patient with her, helping her with different poses and empowering people within our group. She’s a gem.

I’ve been attending the 6 a.m. Thursday class with Tori for several months now, and I’m honestly disappointed with how stagnant and disengaging it has become. The sequence and music haven’t changed in months—there are no modifications, no surprises, nothing to keep it fresh. At this point, most of us could probably teach it ourselves.
What’s more frustrating is Tori’s lack of energy and engagement. She rarely demos movements, never acknowledges anyone by name, and offers only generic encouragement like “good job.” It feels like she doesn’t want to be there—and honestly, it sets a really negative tone for the rest of the day. That’s not what anyone expects, especially when paying premium prices for these classes.
I know I’m not the only one who feels this way—friends I used to come with have stopped showing up altogether. CorePower, please take this feedback seriously. Thursday mornings at 6 a.m. desperately need a reset. Your loyal students deserve better.
I love everything about this studio! The variety of classes, the cleanliness, the retail offerings, the professionalism, talent and passion each of the instructors bring to the mat, and the sense of community that this studio creates.
The studio is awesome. Clean and wonderul location. Very friendly staff. Skilled and very communicative yoga teachers. Neat showers and lockers.

Sandy Springs is a great studio, and Audrey is a fantastic instructor. Even when she was a newer instructor, she was already a pro. Would recommend!
The instructors who teach the Yoga Sculpt classes I attend are fantastic-I am a regular in Emily and Briann's classes and they are always full, so Im not alone!
I loved every minute of strength classes with Courtney, and Sara killed it in yoga sculpt. I'm out of the country now until September but will be joining when I return. This studio rocks!
I love North Druid Hills studio; it is my home studio and my yoga teachers there turn it into a real community. So, CPY value your teachers, it is them that turn it into a community and such a beautiful space ! Otherwise CPY would only be “corporate yoga”.
Love it but would also like to see a stricter policy on phone usage as I believe it will benefit all to have a no phone zone for one hour.
The intensity of the workouts and the instructors!
I really enjoyed my instructor Tiana. She was very welcoming and had great energy. The flow she lead us through was challenging but I felt great afterwards. She’s a great teacher and I would definitely take her class again!

Tried different yoga around decatur area until i found and tried core yoga. Now i’m back on my yoga flow element
This is the cleanest studio in Atlanta (along with the Buckhead studio). The CSX class I took with Britney was awesome and the people are friendly. This location has the best parking availability and makes coming for a class stress free.
