I like the heat (often wish it was hotter). I like when the classes are challenging and follow the expected program. I like knowing what I am getting so I can more easily plan out my week of workouts.

i loved it!! very good instructors. i did a free week and the instructors made everything really easy to understand. tough workout though!

Really great workout, quality teachers, very clean facility and equipment, kind and welcoming staff— absolutely a turnkey workout. I am 59 and have lived through step, running, yoga, sculpt, dance classes, etc and am finally inspired to workout again after taking CorePower classes!

My first week has been great! I really have enjoyed connecting with the staff. As someone who is a true novice in yoga, it has been great to see how my body and mind can grow. Tenley and Virginia were phenomenal instructors.
Workout as a whole is solid! Consider adding more 12:00 Sculpt classes during week days :)

Its a great studio and staff!! I was visiting Atlanta and took a sculpt class. The staff was friendly and service-oriented. The vibe was great. If I lived there, I would definitely join that studio.
