Great yoga studio and very clean
I go to CorePower in Boston and was visiting and took my first ever CSX class. Right when I got there, Jennifer, was nothing but amazing. She walked me through what to expect, weights I should use, etc. She also walked around the class the whole time praising by name and giving feedback on form. One of the best instructors I’ve had at CorePower!
The instructors and management are great.. professional, timely and great instruction .. The studio needs to hire a regular cleaning team ..

Karen has a great C2 flow class. I wish all instructors had a difficulty simialr to hers! Uttara is also really good

I appreciate that the instructors provide both instruction and physical demonstration as well as hands-on assistance during classes in addition to clearly calling out the sequencing of poses they’ve creatively choreographed.
Came by this location while I was visiting ATL and was welcomed like this was my home based location! Loved all the staff they were so helpful in finishing the studios and guiding me where everything was at! Would come work out at the midtown location again!
I LOVE Core Power - I started just over a year ago in April and have already completed 286 classes. I try to go every day. The teachers are INCREDIBLE.
The one thing I would change is to add more hands-on assistance. Some teachers are great at it, but others don't do any adjustments. I find it helpful to learn how to improve my yoga poses and help me relax.
One thing I would love to mix up is the music - some teachers have great music (Emily & Linda) but others have had the same exact songs for a year straight. It's hard to continue to listen to the same songs so I'd love if folks would mix it up.

Enjoyed my first yoga experience
took my first class ever at cpy it was sculpt with zoey, she was great and challenging loved it!
I had such a relaxing experience. Britney had a chill vibe and the way she led the class made me feel calm. I loved that the room was slightly heated. My muscles felt loose and my mind felt much clearer after the class. I'd definitely recommend this Core restore class to anyone.
