The instructors are phenomenal. I attend sculpt yoga at least 4 x a week and they vary the routines up enough to keep it interesting. I mostly go to Emily, Leah, Briann, Grace and Summer’s classes. All of them are friendly, knowledgeable and truly care about us as people. The Core Yoga experience has changed my life for the better. I love it!!

I enjoy taking Karen's classes at Ponce. She's prepared and always has an encouraging presence before, during, and after class.
P.S. Would be a 10 if the showers were more clean ... some days the men's showers look worse than one for long haul truckers at a roadside Travel Plaza.
Tara is an excellent teacher. Every class, I learn a new cue from her that greatly improves my practice.

I would love to have a 7:15 class. 7:30 is too late for anyone trying to get to a 9:00 am or 8:00 am job. I’ve discussed this with multiple other students in class
YS instructors on Mon and Tues evening are fabulous! Please add HPF at least 2 times per week 6pm or later. 7:30am classes don’t work for people who need to be at work before 9am. Please consider accommodating these customers. Thanks for all you do. 🙏🏻🫶🏻
I get an incredibly challenging workout in Sculpt. Since January, I have been committed to class and am noticing dramatic changes to my musculature. The music is good, the teachers are excellent, the location is convenient. I've tried many different workout experiences; CPY is by far my favorite.
Summer & Des are great teachers. I loved Summer's energy and details to her yoga sculpt class. Des has such a calming energy and her music was so soothing during class. It really flowed with all the movements. Happy Black History Month Ladies! Y'all are bomb!
Jasmine is THE BEST! Always an engaging, challenging sequence but always keeps it fun and encouraging.
I love it so much!! I do yoga sculpt. I am a senior in high school and I love going on the weekend and before school. I have recommended it to 3 of my friends; we love going together!!
