We like not having to be responsible for the repairs on a water softener.
The technicians are always knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, personable, and respectful. They are happy to demonstrate and explain their procedures. If I don't need salt when the delivery is scheduled, they are pleasant and are agreeable to skip the delivery until it is needed. Also, the office personnel are equally talented and friendly.
I like it that you provide delivery and service to our softener and drinking water on a schedule so that we don’t have to monitor either service. Technicians are polite and attentive.
