Our water specialist, Gary Wleklinski, fully explained our water quality. He provided all of the options available to us for treatment of our water, including pros and cons of each. Gary even came back a second time prior to our purchase to answer all of our questions. There was no pressure, which allowed us to make the decision that we felt best for our needs. Once we did, Gary was on top of the contract/order process and our new system was installed quickly.
Rick, the technician who installed it, did a great job and answered all questions. He was efficient and left a clean work area.

Finally, on a continuing basis, the men who deliver our salt and the people who service our system are courteous and helpful.
