I had a Water tank issue after work hours. I called Culligan's answering service.The operator walked me through how to turn off my system. She also stated she would let Culligan of Scotia, my local service shop know of my tank issue. The next morning, their service team were at my house ready to take on the repair. They were efficient, quick and repaired my unit. The men were polite and knowledgeable. Great service from all .

The dispatcher was able to send a technician out to my house quickly when I had an issue with the Culligan system, When the technician arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem. And within a couple of days, I had the new part installed, and the system was up and running. All of the Culligan representatives were very polite, respectful and wanted to make sure that the Culligan system was running correctly and that I was a satisfied customer.
Excellent service provided by sales (Herber) and Danny (install). They were both great to deal with.
We switched from Costco's service. Why? their service was impersonal and their customer service was lousy. Why do I give you a '10"? The driver. He is the best! Actually knocks on our door if we forget to leave the empty ones outside. He is the Culligan brand and he does you proud!!!

Had to have a part replaced that calculates water usage. We were wondering if the softener was working properly but we knew we had a maintenance check coming so we waited to say anything. Wondering now if it was working for the last couple months. Noticed that the salt didn't appear to be going down at all.
