I like the convenience of home delivery and that there isn't a minimum on number of bags delivered. The driver is always on time, professional and friendly. He has been able to answer all of our questions and has suggested products for us. We switched from another brand of softener and another company because they would not delivery less that ten bags of salt, and we do not have a place to store that much.
Culligan has answered our needs with a quality product for a reasonable price.
Service is great. I occasionally forget to leave my empty bottles out and they always leave a couple full ones anyway. It's such a simple thing but I appreciate it so much. It would be very easy to just not leave anything but they consider that I probably do need water delivered.

The name Culligan is a trusted name! The equipment, operation, and service, and delivery of salt is great! My questions were answered and I was informed of the minimum quantity of salt delivered each time. The flexibility to elongate the delivery if as much salt was has not been used was helpful to know!

The service we received from Tyson was really great. Honestly I had someone else in because I was having a hard time arranging a time they could come so I had another company come out. They charged me quite a bit and was unable to fix the issue. Tyson came and figured it out and fixed the problem.
