I am treated as a valued customer, which is rare these days.
I've gotten emergency service when the tanks ran low -- and then a monitor put on my tanks (by their choice) so I don't ever run out again.
The company provides great service inside as well as outside. It was time to update the propane heaters that provide my primary heat (and around here, you definitely don't want your heater to go on the blink1). They gave me solid recommendations to replace the units and they not only took care of the installation but came back just to check it was working correctly.
I've been a customer for 20+ years now, and its going to have to be a great deal to get me to change.

However, I don't like the annual contract pricing exercise. I always receive an initial price that's too high. Then I shop competitors and come back with a much better price that Superior typically matches. Doing this same dance every year is getting old.
