I had a big problem with my account set up. I was set up on will call and was supposed to be “as needed” as a reader was already installed on the tank. I ran out of propane New Year’s Eve. (Bad timing). I did have to call the emergency number 4 times to get a call back (not good) but once I reached the local team they made everything right.
