They were very courteous to me when I called to inquire about the delivery. I wasn't sure if delivery would be made before ice or snow would be an issue. I have a long driveway and snow or ice makes delivery quite difficult. The delivery man was also very courteous. Now I'm set for the next few months until spring weather arrives.
The service has always been prompt. Never even close to running out. Office staff has been helpful in setting up payment plain and auto pay.
Superior Plus Propane company is very easy to work with. The monitor our tank level and notify us when it needs a delivery. Then they simply send us the invoice. Very convenient.
