We just switched to Superior Propane and the customer service has been great. They responded quickly by delivering our new tank and filling it with propane within days. So far we are very pleased.

I do have a concern. This is a vacation home and we went paperless with our bills. On 8/16, the driver left a bill on the garage door hang tag. We didn't see it for several days and it could clue someone in on the fact that the home is not occupied. Please ensure no bills are left. I pay them right away when I get them online.
Dependable service & reasonable prices. One thing I would like to mention is that we would appreciate them not dragging the hose from the driveway accross the front deck to the propane tank. Please keep the hose on the ground as we just had a new deck installed. Other than that, everything has been good.
