I was very pleased with Superior’s response to my request for help when my pilot light went out on my “wood stove”. A representative came to my home & discovered the problem. I was then able to find a person to make the necessary repairs.

You deliver when we call...no problem.
However, no invoice slip was left for our last delivery so I had to call to ask how much was delivered and the cost. Also, we asked for the tank to be filled and it was not. Showed 350 gallons after delivery. Not sure where the miscommunication was.
