My client had to arrive late for the closing, because on that day, something came up and he could not leave work early. The closer was understanding of the client's work related issue, and patiently waited until he arrived. Capital Title always goes over and above. On this closing, it’s a Thursday on Christmas weekend and the buyers want to close on Monday. Wendy and her staff jumped into action and got everything worked out for a Monday morning closing. Did I also mention the title company was closing early at 2:30 for their holiday party on that Thursday. They are the best
