Murray Sales is my go to guy. He has made the last 3 or so transactions close flawlessly. He is easy to reach and handles things efficiently and effective. And he was willing to explain everything to my elderly client recently and that gave her great comfort.

I was disappointed that Capital Title closer did not make it to our closing at our Ortonville office. We had to close in escrow and the seller and sellers agent did not get their checks at closing. Fortunately the First American title closer could do both sides. Fortunately this has never happened before at any of my closings.
