I have used ServiceMaster twice and appreciate their honesty and integrity, as well as good service. The estimator worked with me on budget, not recommending services we did not need. The first service was last January, when my husband had to have knee surgery. Since we had to have the area rugs taken up for safety, I requested of Harmony if they could come pick up our family room and dining room rugs to clean and then store until we could use them again. She arranged that, and the workers came and picked up the rugs. I found that to be remarkable personal service. The carpets had never been thoroughly cleaned since installed 10 years ago, and we could really see the difference all over the house. The dining room wool area rug had not been professionally cleaned since purchased almost 30 years ago. It came back shades lighter, with most of the stains gone.
Recently we got a new Dyson vacuum and my daughter got very little dust or sand from the living room that had been cleaned, but lots from a couple area rugs that had not.
My husband has dust and mite allergies, and I was worried about his chronic cough. The second occasion of using your service was a couple of weeks ago. Your estimator recommended the services of vent-cleaning I could afford (not the sanitizing or the upstairs.) He also gave me a discount from a coupon. Then, he was able to get Adam to come out from Hutchinson that next week so the service was done before our houseful of company arrived for a week. Our daughter who has allergies had always had more congestion when she came, but since the duct cleaning she did not have as much trouble. Adam did a thorough job and got some interesting construction debris from the ducts. One duct by my piano always smelled bad when the furnace came on, and now it does not.
Thanks for making our house more hospitable, pleasant, and healthful. My husband does not start coughing anymore when he comes into our house. My only suggestion would be to make sure to go outside to blow the dust off the duct vents. I had some extra dusting to do in a couple rooms.

I really liked your employee Kendal - he was very professional, knowledgeable, helping, polite etc. I simply could not say enough wonderful things about him. There was one stain that could not come up and w. out saying a word he left and came back in w. something stronger and unfortunately it is still there, however, it is not because he did not give it all he had, it is because I am sure my kids put something pretty stain worthy on my carpet :) So, I liked the employee, and I also really liked the fact that it as fast, or maybe he is just fast. But I have used competitors - Mels etc and he is by far my favorite tech and the fastest.
