I suprisingly knew Jessie, our Service Master Rep, that came to our home. So it was nice to know we didn't have a stanger there. Plus, even though we were aquainted he still conducted himself in a professional manor and did a great job cleaning our carpets. Carpets looked as good as new!!

The guy who cleaned our duct work was very thorough and we felt like he really made an impact on our indoor air quality. He was very informative and I haven't seen indications left behind on the paint or woodwork indicating he was even there. When service personnel come in, clean and do not leave a trace, they are doing a good job.
