The techs were very knowledgeable about what would and might not come out of our carpeting. Our white carpet looks almost new again and the upstairs carpeting came so clean that we do not need to replace it now. We have tried the 'dry cleaning', home cleaning machines and other companies but this ServiceMaster was by far the best. Thank you.
