Everything from the get-go: Harmony was excellent. the email ahead of time showing Ryan, who would be cleaning the carpet.
Note: our A/C went out that day, so the guys had to work while the house was 89 degrees! and they said "that's okay, don't worry about it".....it was such a stressful day, and they made it much more easy to deal with...thanks so much! oh, and i guess i should say "my carpet looks FABULOUS"!
