Fred does an outstanding job of cleaning my carpet. He is so well organized, getting everything ready before he starts, he prepares the carpet, and he goes slowly enough to do an excellent job, but does not waste any time. He is so friendly and kind and I feel like he really cares about his work.

3 times now I have used you and 3 times the carpet looked a lot better than it did. This one was a rental I'm sure they never cleaned but after you left the carpet is soft and most spots are gone. Plus the floor wasn't soaking wet. I had vacuumed several times after moving in but now it feels clean to me. Thanks......
