The service men called before their arrival and arrived on time. Adam explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. We went through the house and discussed what would be cleaned and areas of special interest. They were thorough and everything was clean and refreshed. They did a very god job. The carpet was very dirty and it looks like new carpet.
My initial response is positive; they weren't able to get 100% of the stains out but they did tell us they might not be able to. My final opinion will be based on whether or not the stains come back in the same place because I've had that happen several times before.
