I like that you just use water. The technician was professional, courteous and he wore his disposable booties each time he had to enter the house. My carpet and rug look very clean. I am pleased and happy. Thank you Zerorez

My carpets look great, the house smells better, and our dust is way down! Marcus was friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional! Frankie, who scheduled us, was also extremely gracious and accommodating. I will continue regular services because it was totally worth it!

I had my carpets cleaned one week before I had my tile/stone floors and grout cleaned. In both services, the results were exactly as promised: beautifully clean carpets, amazingly restored and clean tile/stone and grout. The technicians who cleaned the carpets, Marcus and Seth, were a pleasure to get to know--personable, professional, dedicated to excellent service. Seth alone took care of the tile/stone floors and grout, and did an outstanding job. He worked exceedingly long and hard, and would not leave until everything was perfect according to his high standard of quality and my expectations. Both Marcus and Seth are to be commended!

ZEROREZ is the best!
Over the years we have had various carpet cleaning companies, several name brand, clean our carpets. All were more interested in getting a foot in the door and then try to upsell different things like scotch guard or anti-allergies nullifying any savings we thought we would get with the coupon.
With ZEROREZ they helped find savings over the phone and then proceeded to service us to the price. AND, the end results were fantastic!

The carpet looks great. I do have a couple spots coming back up but the tech said that could happen because the finishing spray is in a bottle with pump spray so can miss a spot.
Please schedule tech to come back next time he is in the area. Not necessary to make a special trip.
I did recommend you to my mom and a friend so far
The quality of the rug cleaning service was superb. Made them like new again. Rugs dried quickly. All personnel were professional and helpful. There were no questions unanswered.

Our first experience (a year ago) motivated me to use Zerorez again. However, since this time it took over 18 hours for the carpets to dry (I was told it would be about an hour) I am reluctant to choose Zerorez again, as it was a huge inconvenience to have to leave the furniture moved for that amount of time, the cats were locked away for much more time than was planned, etc. The product and end result were great, but not sure the trade-off of time was worth it.
Thank you for rating your service. After speaking to you it was nice to hear that you were happy with the service and the tech. We feel that the issue of the carpets not drying in the normal 2 to 4 hours could have been the setting on the wand. As per our conversation we will be adding a 20%off of your next cleaning that you schedule with us. Thank you again.

Your technician was terrific! No complaints there. My carpets are old and heavily soiledin some places. Your cleaning technique is geared more to lightly soiled carpets. While it is true that there is no residue and that the carpets smell fresh, I would qualify any endorsement with the first statement.
Tech was very professional and thorough. My floors look great.
