Didn t clean very well
I was not sure how to score that question, because I would recommend your company for air vent cleaning, but probably not for carpet cleaning. Based on the ads I heard on WMAL and the conversations I had with 2 of your technicians who saw the carpets in the rental property where the work was done, I expected a better job. It's true that the carpet did feel soft and not stiff, which is nice, but it didn't look like the stains had been pre-treated at all. I knew that the ventilation stains around edges wouldn't completely come out (near the wall) but there was a pretty wide space left looking very dirty and the lines across the doorways were still there. The landing and dining room still looked dirty and spotted. I specifically asked what I could expect from a cleaning because I was debating whether or not to just go ahead and put new carpet in. I was not there when the work was done and didn't see it for quite a while afterward. It was discouraging to find that the cleaning really didn't make much difference.
Everything was really good. Very professional service in all directions.

I paid almost $300 and it still looks like I need a whole new carpet. I know the tech did his best, but it didn't really work. The stains are still there.

Marcus, a representative for Zerorex came out to price cleaning my carpets. He was very fair in price and also very personable. An appointment was made and when he came again all went very well and in a timely fashion.I worked with another carpet cleaner about a year ago in another home and the experience did not go nearly as smooth.
I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing any cleaning service that Zerorez offers. No pressure,and a job well done was greatly appreciated.

Operator came on time. Carpets were not saturated and dried within a few hours. Old spots removed with cleaning. Very pleased.

1) The carpet felt softer than it ever felt before.
2) The price was reasonable and the technician discovered I had over-counted the number of stairs and only charged us what he actually cleaned.
3) The carpets were dry within a day or so.
We've used Stanley Steemer previously. I can't remember what we paid, but the carpet took several days to dry and always felt stiff afterwards.

We were pleased with the work the tech did on cleaning the wood floor, however he did not clean our dining room rug well at all . One corner of the rug was grey with other spots left on it. It definitely needed to be spot cleaned again. we have had to use a brush and cleaner to fix it. He seemed to hurry out of here and the rug was still wet, so at the time he left I couldn't see the problem. Twice I spent 40 minutes straight trying to call your company to talk about this and your phone was busy the entire time. Name removed
