My old carpet looks new when Paul is done!

While the water mitigation and carpet cleaning team were great, the contractors used for the construction/repair portion of the job were terrible and left numerous areas uncompleted or the work was very sloppy. In addition, the contractors were very slack about completing the job, which left us to complete it on our own.
Chris and his partner did a fantastic job...best cleaning we have ever gotten. and he stretched our carpet perfectly too! We will request them next time!
Time spent in doing a good job even though the temperature was soaring...nor did she rush to complete the job.

It works! It is important to add Scotch-gard EVERY time your rugs are cleaned. It makes the next cleaning so much easier and the rugs clean better consistently. It's definitely worth the extra expense.

When the carpet is clean, it does not take long to dry. The technician was polite, friendly, efficient, and was careful with the furniture. I would recommend ServiceMaster and the technician who cleaned the carpet.

I would not use another company as I am always so pleased with the carpet cleaning. Paul does an outstanding job. I always ask for him. I do like to have a coupon from time to time to save money. I do get a email occasionally about a special but it's always when I do not need carpet cleaning. We use your company at least once a year .. sometimes twice. I also pay to have my daughter's condo carpet cleaned. Paul is a miracle worker on her carpet. Just outstanding all the way around!!!!
