Our rep Cindy is great, she comes into the office every few months to make sure everything is going smoothly and were satisfied with our cleanings. Our Wednesday cleaner has unfortunately been out of work for a month or so now and JanPro has been able to have someone come out to cover for him. Communication has been lacking a little bit, I never really know if we have someone coming out, this week no one came but I understand there trying to find a permanent replacement.
Carlos is wonderful and he does a great job. Very happy with the work he does.
