Ana does an excellent job. However, I am not sure if she has had someone else come the last 2 weeks as they are not locking up behind themselves and are leaving our door unlocked. I am going to reach out directly today as was told last week by my staff and experienced it myself this morning. It also did not feel at the same level of cleanliness as it does when Ana is comes. The team was in and out in less then 30mins.

Having consistent staff here is great.

The professional service we receive for the cleaning and from the staff. If we ever need something done, all we have to do is pick up the phone and ask. We have use Jan-Pro for eight years now and never had any issues.

Eric is always kind, and courteous to our staff. He is always willing to flex on cleaning if we have a service or other requests.

When I met the cleaning people there were two that came in and looked around with the sales rep. They were very nice. I happened to come back one evening while the cleaning was going on and the person was with her husband (I assume) and her child was here too.
I am mostly satisfied with the service except for the fact that they really do not pay attention to the front desk area. They definitely do not vacuumn underneath the front or any other counters. It would be great if they could do this in the future.
