They get the job done consistently and when there is a problem it is solved immediately. Their cleaning crews are great and our office is cleaned without a hitch 99% of the time. The few times there have been issues their customer service is amazing at pinpointing the problem and getting it solved. We have been using them for years

Jan-Pro has been cleaning our facilities for a few years now and we really appreciate their willingness to go the "extra mile". We have had to ask for them to change their schedule occasionally - they are willing to do that. They do an excellent job of cleaning our facility and are willing to go above at times we need them to.

The people that clean our office do an amazing job and are very trustworthy. We've never come in on Monday & found any spots where we've had issues with. We've had situations where valuable items or cash have been left out and never had a problem. They always notify me if there are any issues/concerns with the building when they are here and are great at making sure I know if supplies (paper towels, etc) need to be ordered. They also were a huge help when we had to relocate with short notice by quickly getting the new building cleaned, carpets shampooed, windows washed and then doing a final clean in the old office. We've been with Jan-Pro for about 10 years and although we get frequent requests from other companies to give us quotes we have never entertained them and currently have no plans to.

Now that we have changed sub-contractors, we feel like the quality of service is top-notch: detailed cleaning of all of the agreed-upon areas. We appreciate it so much!

The new mother/daughter team is wonderful. They are very through and leave us notes if there are any issues or concerns.
