We have a good communication with our cleaners and we are pleased with the services
Our Jan Pro crew is courteous and conscientious. They really care about the quality of their work.
We are okay with the general cleaning but I will leave the notebook open this weekend to write a note about the cleaning rags and bucket.
Communication with our cleaner is great! She sends us pics after cleanings and is receptive to any feedback. She's also great about any schedule timing updates to/from us.
Preferred not to come in the morning just becasue our staff and patients typically get here at 7:20-7:30am, but overall still good. Continued focus on floors (mopped and vaccumed). Thank you!
