The people cleaning come after hours which is convenient. Trash cans are always emptied and floor is vacuumed, Bathrooms smell clean.

Our cleaning service agent that comes to our facility is very responsive. We can text her directly with any questions, concerns, weather/holiday schedule changes and she is great with getting back to me and coordination of times and days.

Our custodian, Debbie Hollingshed, is very friendly and does an excellent job for us, ALWAYS! Nikki Covington is our Auditor. She is very friendly and ALWAYS professional.

We are pleased with our service but lately the floor is not clean when we come in on Mondays. It may be a dirty mop or they are not mopping.

We had a few hiccups in the last few months with service and cleaning. Marion stepped in and took charge. Came in to both locations and did a great cleaning and the service on a weekly basis has improved immensely! Thank you for all you do for us and your great customer service!
