I switched to this cleaning service on short notice because my previous cleaner had to leave due to illness. I really appreciated how responsive the company was — from providing a quote, arranging the walkthrough, and starting service all within a week. That level of responsiveness made the transition much less stressful.
There have been a few issues during the first couple of weeks. I understand there can be an adjustment period with a new team, and I’m hopeful these details will improve with communication and consistency. Overall, my experience has been positive so far, especially with the responsiveness and professionalism from the office staff.
