Svitlana does a wonderful job taking care of our office! She was quick to check via an email about some packing materials that were not clearly identified as trash, setting them aside until confirmation that the materials could indeed be tossed. This kind of concern and attention to detail is representative of the services that Jan-Pro Northwest provides.
The gentleman who takes care of our location takes very good care of us and lets me know when we are low on supplies. Space is always clean.
The only problem I have had is getting a nice letter that said if a particular invoice was not paid within 15 days (can't remember exactly) that our service would be discontinued. This comes
on top of me doing business with Jan Pro for many years at my prior bank. I was just a little
surprised that I would receive that letter while we were trying to figure out what time frame the
invoice covered.
That is the only problem we have had here at I-Bank.
Dependability, work quality. I would like the dusting to be more thorough.

Everything has been great
The woman that cleans our office is very thorough and extremely pleasant. She is always on time, and we have had to change dates and she is very accommodating.
