The team and I love the detailing in the cleaning. We know that the Jan Pro team takes the time and care to keep our work environment clean.
They have done an excellent job since we hired them several years ago. Julianna comes by several times a year to double check the work to make sure the job is being done to her standards and if she sees anything that needs done, she contacts the people doing the work and lets them know what she found.
I like being able to call or email my cleaning team and get a fast response. They are very sensitive to our needs.
It is easy to talk to them about areas that need improvement.
We have a good line of communication back and forth that is vital in this relationship.
They are great.
Very conscientious, even sends me an email when we are running low on supplies like toilet paper. Very accepting of direction on how we want our cleaning done. Highly recommend.

Service has been great this time around.
The crew we have here does a great job. We like them so much that we have turned down offers from other companies that approached us to do the cleaning for less money.
Our facility is cleaned and sanitized well. Communication with our cleaners is very good.
