Communication is good. Cleans are mostly good 9/10 as there are sometimes where some things get missed but based off the time the crew is in the building and leave the cleans are good with minimal issues.

Amazing per usul.

Alex is efficient and thorough. We have him clean while the office is open, and he is respectful when cleaning space people are actively using. He reads the room, sometimes asking if it is okay to clean now, and sometimes knowing it is not a good time and moves on to other things. Amazing guy!
