Friendly staff good facilities
Open all hours, friendly staff who know me by first name, always a warm welcome and a good variety of classes
Its a very clean place
I love the new pool and enjoyed visiting at weekend. Everywhere was clean and well maintained, the only thing I did not like about it was having unisex toilets, I feel that they should be single sex only.
I t was nice also being able to use a private shower.
I went for the first time on Sunday it's very nice 👌nice big pool very friendly i will be going again 🙂
Range of opening times is good. Standard of new facilities at the Wellness Centre and the new pool at Hyde.
The new facility's are welcoming and staff friendly and helpful , I come to use the new pool when I've finished a 13hour night shift at the hospital its on my way home. I also use the fun pool with my grandchildren good fun and exercise for all thank you Active Hyde
Easy to book on sessions. Friendly staff.
I use the gym, I have not tried swimming as yet. Gym is always clean and covid rules in place
The removal of the appointments works for me as I can now attend anytime 24 hours a day
The changing room and showers are always clean

I did like the rules during covid I felt very safe having my own locker and cubicle for swimming now it's changed I'm unsure but I do like the centre

Friendly helpful patient staff, I only came back last week after pandemic lockdown and so glad to be back can't wait for swim to be back to normal like the gym.
All the staff are friendly and happy to help. The atmosphere is positive and it’s good to see people coming and going.
I use the gym and book classes, mainly spin.
The gym is nice and spacious the studio is also nice and spacious however a disco light would be a great attraction bringing the studio to life and lifting the mood bringing more up beat atmosphere to the classes - like the spin studio at itrain.
Only a suggestion but I think slot of members would go with this………,

The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have made my visits to the gym really quite pleasurable. The gym is really clean and well lit! A really nice atmosphere when inside. Most gyms are quite intimidating but you do not get this feeling here.
Fine but I can not log in on line to book for Gem or swimming because of the pass word section does not work so I have to book in person every time I come to the club.

I only swim, so I cannot comment on other products and services. I like the friendly and helpful staff, from reception to poolside. The much improved general cleanliness and hygiene of the changing facilities and pool. A pity that members and general public don’t treat the lockers and cubicles with more respect.
