It was very easy to register my daughter, the staff were thorough in their explanations and made you feel at ease. Consultation with staff to view the gym was smooth and my daughter felt less anxious. I would highly recommend as staff were friendly, positive and encouraging.

Stopped membership.march 2020 as covid took over. Went back to restart it, October 2022, and recognised some of the staff.
I have a dodgy ticker, and have to take rescue meds and a recording device with me at all times. Just asked a pool attendant if I could pop rescue meds in their side room, and was immediately given permission

I only use the hyde gym once a week on a Thursday - I come to the bar blast class. The instructor is a lovely guy - always has a smile on his face and is very welcoming. He does a great class.
The equipment is in need of an upgrade the gym - but once your refurb is done then I’m sure it will be fab again. Looking forward to seeing and using when it’s all done.

Variety of classes, although probably too many HIIT ones. Nice to have a night time Zumba at last. Could do with another night time Aqua.

Going to the Wellness sessions make me feel really good.Everybody is welcoming and you can do as much or as little as you want and it makes you feel good knowing there is someone on hand to ask any questions and give advice on what exercises to try.The people who go talk to each other and make you feel part of the group.I am usually tired after but feel better for pushing myself.I tried the steam room too and it is very good.
Instructor adapted the sessions so I was able to participate despite injury.
The new pool area is lovely. The aquafit class on Sat is good fun and friendly class. I can't get there every week but go when I can.
Good choice of classes and close to home
The fact I have access to everything. I can go for a swim steam and sauna and leave feeling pleasantly tired as if I've been pn holiday
