Great classes, friendly atmosphere, great staff
Really good equipment, Really friendly and helpful staff, great that you can work out, swim, or have fun in the leisure pool
All the staff are really nice and helpful, great workouts, would definitely recommend.
Sound system is a little quiet but that’s an improvement on it not working properly for the past few weeks.
Pool is a reasonable temperature, not too cold as it has been in the past.
Lockers by the pool could do with being updated / repaired as several have no keys & some that do have keys do not lock.
Staff and gym make the experience an enjoyable one 😀
Staff are great. Always helpful. The only reason for not giving it a 10 is the tmetable for swimming. If you work full time no pool times Thursday or Friday which is a real shame.

Flexibility, lots of choice, line dancing is fab
I love the selection of activities and sessions and that the centre is less than 5 minutes from home. As a family we are at the Wellness Centre at least 3 times a week. Food quality and prices are not the best and seating arrangements in soft play is terrible.
The classes are great, the parking is bad,, also not many lockers to hand & not working

Active Copley is a fantastic place.
It’s not like when you join a gym and then go for a couple of months and then never again, you keep the subscription going in the hope you'll go back at some point but never do. The variety and choice of activities/classes available make it a brilliant place to submerge yourself in anything you want to do.
All of the staff are super friendly right from the start, you are made to feel welcome right from the first visit, I would recommend Active Copley to anyone its ace.

1st time I’ve been back to the gym since the refurb and it looks good. Only stayed in the cardio part upstairs as it looked busy downstairs and I didn’t want to publicly make a fool of myself on the new equipment 😆 so I can’t comment on the rest until I next come back when it’s less busy,

Only disappointment is poor disabled parking facilities. People with a range of disabilities struggle in life and often are put off going to places because access is difficult.
Once in the centre I have found access and facilities for my disabilities good. As is staff attitude. Badly let down by lack of parking. You can do much better than you currently do.

I was in India for last three months. So I don’t know how much changes there. But yes I am quite happy with the service what they provide. Staffs quite pleasant & friendly.
Loved the back class, very easy to do for someone with a really bad back. More classes for disabled would be welcomed as not much variation presently.
The swimming. Enjoy the lane swim.when there is a general swim could they be one lane as swim lane
