I'm so glad the gym is open and feel safe there however, as winter comes we cannot be expected to queue outside. I cannot understand why we are not allowed in the Spin room when there is only 1 class per night the instructor could take the register. There is also the cafeteria area that is empty so surely we can wait in there.

I love the new system regarding the waiting list and automatically booking the next person on the course.
I like that the reception staff give a friendly greeting when I arrive. The staff all acknowledge you and are more than happy to help when necessary.
The gym is clean and spacious with plenty of anti bacterial wipes to use making me feel safe. Numbers are controlled by the booking system.
The gym is used by young and old, is not intimidating and equipment is well maintained.

I only swim at Copley and therefore cannot comment on other products and facilities.
Post lockdown has been treated very seriously I’m happy to say.
The general hygiene and cleanliness has improved no end, even the pool bottom was being swept yesterday by a member of staff. That and scum lines around the pool gutters has always bugged me.
Certain members of the public are not taking the pandemic seriously. I would like to see a no mask, no entry on arrival.
Members of staff are friendly and efficient, from reception, to changing rooms, to poolside.
I downgraded the first question by one because swimmers are kept socially distanced on approach to reception in all kinds of weather. Maybe a canopy or shelter of some kind would suffice.
Overall it is hard to improve on the rules of hygiene etc., it’s now up to the members.
Let’s keep Copley open.
Love the classes although would really like to have less dance based classes in the mornings possibly a les mills class or a spin during the week would be good. A lot of these classes are evenings which is great if you work but for those who can’t get back down in the evenings not so. The staff are great and are doing a fantastic job of keeping everything clean

Swimming is well organised, the place is clean and staff are friendly.
I find the Staff friendly and willing to help. I had a few concerns about my health and whether a Class would be suitable, the advice I was given was amazing and reassuring. Also the Covid19 rules are ensuring I am safe when exercising

The spin class was fun and social distance was easily achieved
YOu are dealing with the covid risk very well. plenty of hand gell and wipes, Social distancing is being maintained, so I feel very safe using the gym.

I went for a swim for the first time on Wednesday. It was a little confusing getting around as I haven't been before, but every one was very helpful and friendly. The swim set up was really organised and I enjoyed my swim. Looking forward to the next one. Thank you!
It was quick and easy to use the app to book a pitch. Someone was outside to confirm we are here and were helpful in where we needed to go.
