My experience at Method 3 is comfort. No matter what class is attended, I always feel welcomed by the coaches and other partners in the class. It is not a "fake" environment, by that I mean, it is real people, working on real goals to better their lifestyle without all the "macho, prettiness".
I feel Method 3 Genuinely cares about fitness, nutrition and helping you achieve whatever it is you're looking to do for yourself.
There are plenty of options and times for classes and I can't say enough about the feeling of community at this gym.
Great equipment, wonderful teachers and very workable class times.
High quality classes and schedule has later in the evening times for working people.

My only feedback: occasionally the coaches have a person in class demonstrate. There are some moves for which we really need to ensure correct technique. I’d just make sure if the coaches do that they are confident the person demonstrating is using correct technique.
Schedule flexibility
I love the range of equipment and class sizes. You always get to try new things and get one on one attention from the instructors.
The instructors all have different backgrounds and their classes are very distinguishable from one another. Stephanie uses her dance background to craft flowing sequences. Angella has a fitness background and incorporates classic weight room exercises.
The only note I have is for the newer instructors. Darrin is a great find- clearly knowledgeable about the movements and how to introduce corrections and progressions. It would be excellent to see her focus on queuing and sequencing while the class is moving so she doesn’t have to interrupt the flow whenever she introduces a new concept into her sequence.
Love the studio- I attend mostly in San Mateo but love the flexibility to take class whenever my travels around the Bay Area take me!

I love everything about Method 3. What sets M3 apart for me are the coach’s and their dedication to the partners and the wholistic approach to health and fitness.
Constantly moving and working the entire body is what I like.
Sarah and Stephanie are exceptional teachers and their flow to the classes are seamless and VERY enjoyable.
It is a great way for me to work out, unwind, relax and get stronger. THANK YOU!
Please coach other teachers to adopt Sarah & Stephanie's flow as many teacher do a "stop and look" approach which takes away from the practice.

Instructors make you feel comfortable . I’m fairly new to Pilates and I always feel comfortable.
The studio has an inviting and inclusive environment. The classes are fun and challenging. I love that I'm getting a great, enjoyable workout that's also low impact as I have some joint issues. Sarah in particular is an awesome instructor!

Classes are easy to schedule and there is a good variety offered. The instructors are very knowledgeable and regularly offer something new.

I love Pilates V , my biggest issue is my favorite teachers keep leaving :/ other than that I think it’s great.

I love Angela! She is amazing. She observes everything - and makes suggestions that make sense and improve the exercise. She comes up with a flow of different exercises each time for an all over my body work-out.
