I have been with John from the very beginning.. there is NO downside here.. best trainers ever, great equipment, congenial members, a place I always look forward to...these days have been rough on everyone but the staff keeps us from the doldrums and we keep coming back to workout... get stronger, stay fit, take advice, chat with members..I am elated I was able to bring in a new member & know she is very pleased.

I cannot say enough about M3. they care, they are training geniuses, they are on top of it. i don't know how they do it, but they not only remember your name (i want to learn how to do that), but they also remember any adjustments you need to make and constantly check to make sure you're comfortable with the exercise. maybe "comfortable" may not be the right word as i'm sweating and wondering why i'm doing this..... but.... even though there are many more times than i want to admit i'm really hating heading out there to work out - never, NEVER when i finished have i regretted it. NEVER have i been sorry i drug my butt out there to work out. i leave feeling fabulous and ready to take on anything that's out there for me.

The trainers are the heart and soul of any workout program. You cannot find a more dedicated and professional group than Method3. They are committed to every client’s success. They are extremely knowledgeable about modifications that may be needed to suit individual needs or limits. They make workouts fun. I’m a senior citizen. I’ve been a member for 8 years and my improvements in physical and mental health are proof of success.

The instructors and trainers are very knowledgeable and design workouts based on each individual for training and the classes are a great workout! Instructors Super positive and super supportive. I left for a bit during Covid but now am back and very happy about it
It keeps me on a schedule that I can follow.
The people ans The balanced workout, but I would recommend extending the time to one hour or close. Increases intensity would be great.
The outdoor workout area is well-organized and provides a comfortable and safe environment to get back into working out.

Motivation, support, reliability
I had a great experience. Earlier this week, I was feeling overwhelmed by a lot of stuff and thinking I had too much to do to priortize my health, so I sent in a cancelation notice. What I got back was a super sweet and authentic call from the owner, John asking about me and how we can make it work -- not high pressure at all but coming rom a place of empathy. He then suggested morning workouts and secheduled m on the spot for a class today. It was great and I felt better all day. I appreciate the high touch approach and really being a "coach".

I so appreciate how Method 3 has adapted during this pandemic. Even though it is a little different, bootcamp never closed down. Exercise kept a lot of people healthy and sane this past year!

We talked at length with the owner before joining (a rarity in itself) and he spent time figuring out how he could meet my training needs, throughout the dynamic period of the pandemic. Our trainer Victoria is fantastic, motivating, personal, and FedEx aged to our success. We could not be happier.
People classes schedule.
I love that it’s personal. All the trainers know all the members and I feel like I am working out with family.
I like that there are early morning classes so that I can get my workout in and my day going before my family wakes up. I like the small group classes because it motivates me to get moving and to keep the commitment I made when I sign up for each class. I like that there are online classes so that if the weather is bad I can always continue to participate in the group workouts via Zoom in my garage.
I have been with Method since the summer of 2017. It's a good habit now. This is a great place with great coaches and staff.
I would love to take another workshop using the therapy balls again.
I also miss the in person Throve and hope it comes back soon!
I’ve been part of Method 3 for almost 10 years and I love them. They care about me, push me to do things I have not done before and, and always give great modifications for when I’m injured. The trainers encourage me, always friendly and are extremely knowledgeable!!

I have been with Method3 for four years now and have absolutely loved every class I have attended. Over the years I've become close to the trainers and my 5:30am crew. I don't know where I would be without either. The encouragement and celebrating of small accomplishments is a constant reminder that even small achievements take time, practice and a great team.
